Scope and limits

DistrictProof provides accessibility services. It does not provide legal advice, determine whether an exception applies, or certify district-wide legal compliance. Project records describe the work and review coverage for the specific engagement.

Contracting details

Salt Technologies, Inc. signs DistrictProof customer agreements. A W-9, certificate of insurance, and standard contracting documents are available on request. District purchase orders are accepted. Payment terms are Net 30, or alternative terms agreed per project, and are recorded in writing. See Procurement for the purchasing process.

What each solution covers

DistrictProof Docs covers scoped PDF and document remediation, including source-file work, scans, forms, conversion to HTML where appropriate, and templates. DistrictProof Web covers agreed website accessibility testing, findings, implementation support, and retesting. DistrictProof Care covers an ongoing document and publishing routine, with the Board Packet Service available as a defined recurring workflow.

The offer is intended for U.S. public K–12 districts and service partners, including website vendors, consultancies, and regional education agencies. A particular integration, contract award, certification, or customer relationship should be verified directly rather than inferred from the audience description.

How service claims are qualified

A review result applies to its identified deliverable, version, criteria, date, and method. Automated checks, human review, and verification of the published version are recorded as distinct states. Pricing is based on an agreed scope after sample review. Delivery windows, file allowances, data terms, and acceptance procedures are part of the written engagement.
