Who to contact
DistrictProof is a brand of Salt Technologies, Inc. For questions about this website or the information you send through it, contact info@districtproof.io.
Our US mailing address is Salt Technologies, Inc., 9450 SW Gemini Dr, Suite 89020, Beaverton, OR 97008, United States.
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry forms ask for business contact information, an organization or district name, a public website URL, and any notes you choose to add. A resident population estimate is optional on the report form. Please do not include student records, passwords, completed forms containing personal information, or confidential district documents in a marketing enquiry.
Submitting and storing an enquiry
When you submit a form, the website stores your enquiry in its hosted database. The record includes your contact information, organization, relevant form answers, source page, submission date, and any optional marketing-update consent. A reference identifies the saved request.
Postmark sends an email notification containing the enquiry to info@districtproof.io. Your address is used as Reply-To so our team can respond. The saved enquiry remains available if an email notification fails. Email-service acceptance and any notification error are recorded separately from the enquiry itself.
We use this information to respond to your request and discuss the relevant service or project. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically add you to a marketing mailing service.
Booking a call
The contact page embeds Calendly so you can book without leaving this website. Loading the calendar connects your browser to Calendly. Calendly processes technical information needed to display the scheduler and any name, email address, booking answers, and time you choose to submit. Calendly provides its own cookie settings within the embed.
We use booking details to arrange the call and respond to your request. Booking information is processed by Calendly and the connected calendar or conferencing service; it is separate from the website enquiry database. Our 12-month retention policy after the last interaction also applies to booking correspondence we keep. Please use business contact details and do not submit student records or confidential documents. See Calendly’s privacy notice (opens in a new tab) and our cookie notice.
Optional updates
The form includes a separate, unchecked option for occasional DistrictProof updates. You can request a report or ask a question without selecting it. The database records your choice and the consent wording shown at submission. If you select the option, its timestamp is recorded so the team can distinguish your enquiry from an update request.
Browser features and website operation
The estimator and checklist run in your browser. Form fields are not stored in browser local storage by our website scripts. Optional analytics and the stored analytics preference are described below. The embedded Calendly service is described separately above. If campaign information is present in the submitted page URL, selected campaign labels may be stored with the enquiry. We store the referring website’s origin rather than its full page URL. Copying a resource template uses the clipboard when you choose that action. Cloudflare provides the hosted website and database; Postmark processes the notification email. These service providers also process information needed to operate their services.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 loads through Google Tag Manager to help us understand visits, pages viewed and basic interactions such as downloads. Google processes browser and device information, cookie identifiers and connection information to provide this service. Before you allow analytics, the website does not load these Google measurement tools. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website, requesting a report or booking a call.
Our analytics integration does not supply enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text or customer documents to Google Analytics. The page address supplied by our integration excludes query strings and fragments, and the referring address is limited to the website origin. Advertising consent remains off; this installation is for website analytics.
We remember your analytics choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it. Rejecting a previously allowed choice stops the integration, removes the Google Analytics cookies this website can access and refreshes the page. Information already received by Google is not removed by changing the browser choice. Analytics records are separate from enquiry records and their 12-month retention policy. For questions or requests about information we hold, contact info@districtproof.io. See cookie details, Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites using its services.
Spam prevention and information requests
Submission limits use a keyed, time-windowed hash of the connection address. Raw connection addresses are not stored in the enquiry database by this form system. Temporary limit records expire and are cleaned up. No enquiry contents are written to application error logs.
For a question about an enquiry you have sent, or a request to correct or remove your enquiry information, contact info@districtproof.io. Describe the request and relevant contact address without including additional sensitive records. Project-specific data handling, retention, and deletion arrangements are confirmed separately before document intake.
Retention and copies
Our enquiry retention policy is 12 months after our last interaction. It covers the saved enquiry in the website database and related enquiry emails in our inbox. Deletion is managed through review rather than an automatic timer in the form system.
You can request earlier removal or correction by emailing info@districtproof.io. Include your enquiry reference if available. Retention and deletion arrangements for customer document work are agreed separately before intake.
