Optional analytics and your choice
Google Analytics 4 is delivered through Google Tag Manager only after you choose Allow analytics. It helps us understand visits and basic website interactions. Reject analytics is equally available; your choice does not affect the website’s forms, resources or booking options. No Google analytics script or fallback tracking iframe loads before permission.
You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer on any page. A choice is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days; after expiry you will be asked again. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice may apply only to the current page. Changing from allowed to rejected refreshes the page to stop the loaded measurement tools, so save any unfinished enquiry first. This choice controls DistrictProof’s analytics; Calendly’s separate controls remain inside its scheduler.
Cookies and browser storage used for analytics
The local-storage key districtproof.analytics.v1 records only your analytics choice, its version and the time of the choice. It contains no enquiry details. After permission, Google Analytics may use first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. Our installation requests a cookie lifetime of up to 180 days. These browser identifiers are separate from the enquiry database.
Rejecting analytics removes the Google Analytics cookies this website can access. You can also clear them through your browser settings. Previously collected information is not erased by clearing a cookie or withdrawing permission. See our privacy notice for the analytics description and contact route. This installation does not enable advertising consent. With JavaScript disabled, analytics does not load.
Calendly booking calendar
The calendar on our contact page loads from Calendly. It may use cookies or similar features for scheduling, preferences, and other purposes described in its notice. Use the cookie settings inside the calendar to manage the choices Calendly offers; we do not hide those controls.
If you prefer not to use the embedded scheduler, email info@districtproof.io to arrange a call. The scheduler connects to Calendly when the booking area comes into view or you follow a booking link. Email us directly if you do not want to load that service. See Calendly’s privacy notice (opens in a new tab).
Interactive tools
The checklist and estimator run in your browser. The checklist selections are a personal planning aid and are not saved by DistrictProof. The estimator calculates from your entered population; it does not retrieve a district record or send the result to a DistrictProof database.
Enquiry and clipboard actions
Enquiry forms submit your details to the website for storage and an email notification to our team. Temporary request identifiers help prevent duplicate entries when a submission is retried. The copy action for a resource template writes that template to the clipboard when you activate it. Form details are not placed in browser local storage by this website.
Hosting and necessary session features
The hosting platform may use session mechanisms and operational information needed to deliver the website and manage access. Those platform functions are separate from advertising and analytics added by a website. Refer to the applicable platform policy where relevant.
